1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nasara ("rostud.io"), operated by Onbaby LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Nasara is an AI-powered development platform for Roblox. The service includes an AI coding agent, a Roblox Studio plugin for real-time synchronization, code generation, and related development tools. Features such as 3D model generation and music generation may be added in the future.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nasara. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. AI-Generated Content

  • Code and content generated by our AI tools are provided "as is." You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the outputs generated for your projects.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated code will be free of errors, bugs, or security vulnerabilities. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before use in production.
  • AI outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users. We do not claim exclusivity of any generated content.

5. Roblox Platform Compliance

  • You must comply with the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Community Standards when using content generated through our platform.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that any code or content deployed to Roblox complies with their policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nasara to:

  • Generate malicious scripts, exploits, or code designed to harm other users or games
  • Create content that violates Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems
  • Automate access to the service beyond normal usage (scraping, bots, etc.)
  • Share your account credentials or session tokens with others
  • Generate content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or promotes violence

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

7. Usage Limits & Pricing

Free accounts are subject to daily generation limits. Paid plans offer higher or unlimited usage. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and usage limits with reasonable notice. Current plan details are available on the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Nasara platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Onbaby LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of your project files, game designs, and original content. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the service.

9. Plugin & Data Sync

The Roblox Studio plugin synchronizes project data between Studio and our servers. This includes script contents, instance hierarchy, and property data. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. You can disconnect the plugin at any time to stop synchronization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onbaby LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
